About Me

Madeline Lake is a passionate and mission-driven professional with a strong background in higher education, nonprofit leadership, and child and family advocacy. She currently serves as a Case Manager at Divinity Family Services, providing trauma-informed case management to children and families in the foster care system. Managing a caseload of 20–30 clients, Madeline coordinates closely with foster parents, CPS, attorneys, and service providers to ensure that each child receives the comprehensive support they need. Her responsibilities include writing individualized service plans, conducting assessments, preparing detailed documentation, and responding effectively to crises.

She also held roles as a Senior Resident Assistant and Senior Audio Visual Event Technician, contributing to both residential life and major campus events.

In ministry settings, Madeline held several seasonal leadership roles at Lutherhill Ministries, including Summer Activities Director, Media Coordinator, and Healthcare Intern.
